Midnight Solitaire is designed to be calm and distraction‑free. We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect personal information to provide core gameplay.

Basic, non‑personal diagnostics from the operating system or the app platform (e.g., crash logs provided by Apple) may be available to us to improve stability. These are controlled by your device settings.
Advertising
The game does not show forced ads. If you choose to watch an optional ad, ad delivery may be provided by Unity Ads or similar partners.
When an optional ad is shown, the ad provider may process limited device data to deliver and measure the ad. This processing is governed by the provider’s privacy policy and your platform permissions.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT). On iOS, the system may ask for permission to “Allow Tracking.” Granting or denying this is your choice and does not affect core gameplay.
Public Domain Video Content
The app includes optional background video channels that play classic film noir movies. All titles are verified public‑domain works, primarily sourced from the Internet Archive (archive.org) and similar repositories.
No user‑generated content is uploaded or shared by this app.
Analytics
We do not use third‑party analytics for tracking individual users. Aggregate, non‑personal analytics that are provided by Apple or the app platform may be available to us, subject to your device settings.
Children’s Privacy
Midnight Solitaire is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
- You can control crash reporting and analytics sharing in your device’s system settings.
- You can decline App Tracking Transparency prompts; the game remains fully playable.
- Ads are optional; you may choose not to view them.
